Officially launching at Blackpool 2026

Created by Insane Magic (Cameron Gibson, Elliot Bibby & Luke Osey) & Thomas Moore this is the ultimate, logical, practical phone to impossible location. You borrow a spectators phone and say you are going to make it vanish but accidentally drop it into a fishtank full of water... "Don't worry, if your phone gets wet you need to put it in rice" and you ask someone to dial the number of the waterlogged phone. Instead of the ringing coming from within the tank it clearly comes from the huge perspex box filled with rice on the other side of the stage that you've never touched.

Pulling a stopper out of the bottom of the box the rice pours out to reveal a box (wrapped with rubber bands) buried inside the rice with the spectators phone safely inside. The spectator opens the box and takes out their perfectly dry, magically teleported phone to thunderous applause!
All the "work" happens in the first 30 seconds when the audience don't even know a magic trick is going to take place meaning by the time they are looking for anything the secret work is long done and you are free to concentrate on the performance.
